I only use moro as it was recommended because my husband has high colestrol problems. his reading are much lower since we switched to moro extra virgin oil. I buy them by the 4 litre size and stock up when on special at woolies or coles

Although there are many brands of olive oil on the market, we have always used the Moro brand. We buy the 4 ltr can of extra light for deep and shallow frying, and also use the convenient spray pack of extra light for coating baking pans and woks. There is also a bottle of Moro extra virgin in the pantry for use in salads and dipping sauces. Moro has its own fresh flavour but is not overpowering, and has the added bonus of having no cholesterol.
